Branch Manager

The course to become responsible for one or more commercial branches in major cities.

Branch Manager
Why choose this course?

Branch Managers are responsible for one or more branches: they manage and coordinate their operation in every respect.

They deal with customers with problems or objections so that the customer experience is always positive.

They are in charge of fleet monitoring and management.

They manage and coordinate the activities of the people working in the branch so that it is a respectful and positive working environment in which they can grow their skills.

They oversee the financial management of the branch – from sales performance to customer and staff satisfaction and cost monitoring – and relations with ‘third parties’, i.e. professionals outside the company – such as maintenance, washing or transport companies.

Their challenges are the monthly sales budget, customer experience and team leadership.

Who is it aimed at?

It is suitable for you if you already have some coordination experience in sales, not limited to car hire, and want to enhance your skills so that you can manage and develop a sales team, coordinate the operational activities of a point of sale and manage relations with third parties.

After the course

In our field, Branch Managers are the figures with an overall and future vision for the branch. They welcome and guide customers and people working in the branch. They are the figures you can rely on and turn to in order to clear up doubts and map out personal and team improvement paths.

Branch Managers can grow further, leading more than one branch or more challenging branches, or becoming Area Managers or Area Directors. Or work in the Headquarters, in the Fleet or Sales departments, or in staff divisions, such as HR and Finance, Legal and Compliance.

The remuneration for this role consists of a fixed part, which fully corresponds to the requirements of national contracts, plus an additional bonus part defined on the basis of achieved targets.

You will soon find out if this job is for you because every participant who meets the terms and deadlines of the course will have the opportunity to work immediately with a fixed-term contract, paid and managed according to the regulations of the country where it will take place, in one of the branches of our main partner Sixt, in England or in other European countries.

At the end of the programme, you will have acquired interpersonal, managerial and sales skills that will enable you to manage branches and sales teams, plan their activities, and oversee their growth.

How the course works

It is free of charge to enrol and attend Mobility Business Institute .
Lessons will be online and live. They will be held on weekdays, in the mornings and afternoons

Each lesson includes a theory section, which is useful for learning the relevant notions for carrying out the activities of the chosen role, as well as more practical and experiential sections in order to immediately put acquired skills into practice.

We believe in a participatory, collaborative, experiential and reflective approach. You will be guided by teachers with long experience in their roles and in the topics they cover, but the relationship will be more based on interaction between participants than on a frontal lesson.

At the end of the lessons we will present you with a final test, which will also assist you in understanding your skills and will help you choose your internship.

Certificate

At the end of the programme, before the start of the internship, you will receive an official certificate for the course you have taken.
