Supervisor

The course to learn how to manage business relationships and solve problems with customers and people working in the branch

Supervisor
Why choose this course?

Supervisors support Branch Managers in managing and coordinating the other people working in the branch

These figures are responsible for managing relationships with customers who pose difficulties or raise objections. They must overcome these issues to ensure that the customer experience and the memory of the company remain positive.

They help to coordinate skills, roles and relationships in the team, ensuring that all employees perform their work to the best of their ability.

Its challenges are the monthly sales budget and the customer satisfaction index.

Who is it aimed at?

It is suitable for you if you already have sales work experience in contact with customers and have coordinated small groups of people, not limited to car hire, and want to strengthen your skills in managing and coordinating sales teams.

Want a hand with choosing?
Leave your details in the form at the bottom. We will call you back and answer all your questions.

After the course

In our field, Supervisors are the figures who stand right behind colleagues, play their part in accompanying customers, handle the most delicate situations and help Branch Managers to make their branches a perfect workplace.

Supervisors can grow further within the branch and become Branch Managers. Or work in the Headquarters, in the Fleet or Sales departments, or in staff divisions, such as HR and Finance, Legal and Compliance

The remuneration for this role consists of a fixed part, which fully corresponds to the requirements of national contracts, plus an additional bonus part defined on the basis of achieved targets.

You will soon find out if this job is for you because every participant who meets the terms and deadlines of the course will have the opportunity to work immediately with a fixed-term contract, paid and managed according to the regulations of the country where it will take place, in one of the branches of our main partner Sixt, in England or in other European countries.

By the end of the programme you will have acquired interpersonal and commercial skills, plus a managerial introduction, which will enable you to manage relationships, including delicate ones, with customers and people you work with, as well as to coordinate a sales team.

How the course works

It is free of charge to enrol and attend Mobility Business Institute .
Lessons will be online and live. They will be held on weekdays, in the mornings and afternoons

Each lesson includes a theory section, which is useful for learning the relevant notions for carrying out the activities of the chosen role, as well as more practical and experiential sections in order to immediately put acquired skills into practice.

We believe in a participatory, collaborative, experiential and reflective approach. You will be guided by teachers with long experience in their roles and in the topics they cover, but the relationship will be more based on interaction between participants than on a frontal lesson.

At the end of the lessons we will present you with a final test, which will also assist you in understanding your skills and will help you choose your internship.
